Who provides the materials?
The choice is yours. You are welcome to buy your own materials, or ask us to do it.

What happens if I'm not happy with the work?
If it is our fault and it hasn't been completed to the high standard we expect, we'll put it right free of charge.

How soon can you do the work?
If it is an emergency we will make every effort to be available immediately. However for non-urgent work, it may take a few days during busy periods.

I need lots of quite different jobs doing. How many tradesmen will you send?
All of our tradesmen are skilled in more than one trade. However, if they're not able to do all you want, we'll allocate another tradesman as well.
